Hello, everyone!
I'm planning my upcoming trip to Europe, and I've been doing some research on the different cultural experiences each city has to offer. I've heard about the beautiful and intricate lace that's made in some European cities, and I'm really interested in learning more about it and maybe even picking up a few pieces to bring back home with me.
So my question is, which city is famous for lace making? I would love to visit a city where I can see the traditional techniques of making lace and maybe even take a class or workshop to learn how to make some myself. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Hello everyone,
I would like to add another city to the list of famous lace-making destinations - which is Brussels in Belgium.
Brussels is home to a long-standing tradition of lace making, with the earliest records dating back to the 16th century. In fact, it was through Brussels that lace making became a thriving industry in Belgium.
During my visit to Brussels last year, I visited the famous Lace Museum where I discovered how lace making has become an integral part of the country's culture. It was indeed fascinating to see the lace-making process from start to finish and learn about lace making in different regions and styles.
Moreover, one can also visit Cantillon Brewery, the last remaining of Brussels' lambic breweries, where one can sample sour lambic beer – a must-try while in the city.
Brussels is not just famous for its lace-making traditions but is also known for its historic landmarks and thriving food scene - so make sure to explore the city as much as possible!
I hope this helps!
